Postcards for Ukraine! Call to action for youth ages 5 to 25!

Join Students Rebuild in sending postcards of hope and solidarity to children and families affected by the war in Ukraine.

We are a global youth arts-for-impact program where young people ages 5–25 use creativity to make a real difference. Through our Postcards for Ukraine activity, students create heartfelt postcards.

What you will do:

• Design and draw an original postcard with a message of hope, encouragement, or solidarity
• Submit your postcard digitally through the Students Rebuild website — quick, easy, and free
• Mail your physical postcard to reach children and families in Ukraine directly
• Contribute to a growing collection of cards reaching children and families in Ukraine

Why this matters:

Your postcard — just one drawing, one message — can bring comfort, connection, and a sense of belonging to a child far from home. Every card submitted also sparks a $5 donation (up to $1 million) to organizations empowering youth worldwide.

Who can volunteer:

• Young people ages 5–25
• No artistic experience needed — all styles and mediums welcome
• Great for classrooms, youth groups, after-school programs, families, and individual youth

Time commitment:

• Flexible — create on your own schedule
• Submit digitally anytime before June 1, 2026
