Who We Are
Enchanted Hope Foundation is a 100% volunteer-run nonprofit dedicated to supporting children with serious illnesses and their siblings. We create Enchanted Memory Days — magical experiences that bring joy, laughter, and unforgettable moments to families facing challenging times. Because we operate entirely with volunteers, 100% of donations go directly to supporting local families, with no overhead costs.
About the Opportunity
We’re looking for enthusiastic volunteers to join Team Enchanted Hope at MudGirl, a fun, women-only 5K obstacle course filled with mud, laughter, and adventure! Participants will:
- Get muddy and have fun while running/walking the MudGirl course
- Help raise funds for Enchanted Hope Foundation to create magical experiences for children and their siblings
- Receive a personal fundraising page set up for you, plus guidance on how to share with friends and family
- Get a Team Enchanted Hope shirt to wear on race day
- Be part of a community making a real impact in local families’ lives
Who Can Volunteer:
- Individuals, families, or friends who enjoy fun, active events and want to support children in need
- No prior experience required — just a willingness to get involved and make a difference!
Commitment:
- Sign up for MudGirl and join Team Enchanted Hope
- Fundraise at your own pace (suggested goal: $500 per participant)
- Participate in the race on Sunday 7th June at 11am start time
Location:
Hamilton, ON (serving surrounding communities: Burlington, Oakville, Stoney Creek, Dundas, Milton, Niagara Region)

MudGirl is a women-only 5K obstacle course filled with mud, fun, and laughter! Participants crawl, climb, jump, and splash their way through a variety of playful and challenging obstacles — from mud trenches and giant slides to muddy crawl zones.
It’s non-competitive, high-energy, and full of team spirit, making it the perfect way to have fun, get active, and make a difference for children and families supported by Enchanted Hope Foundation.
