Intake Desk Volunteers Needed at The Hospitality House!

Your time makes a significant difference for those less fortunate seeking refuge at The Salvation Army Hospitality House! We're seeking dependable volunteers who can commit to a weekly or bi-weekly, two-to-four-hour volunteer schedule.

All interested volunteers (including those seeking to fulfill community service hours) must first contact Kristin Ohman, Volunteer Coordinator, at 520-448-3997 to schedule an interview. In addition, all volunteers must successfully pass a mandatory background clearance and complete an online training prior to volunteering with us! (Please be aware that this process may take up to three weeks).

Intake Desk: Compassionate and friendly volunteers are needed to assist staff at our Intake Desk. Volunteers will check clients into the Hospitality House, and assist staff by answering incoming phone calls and providing towels, hygiene items, and bedding to our clients. In addition, volunteers may also help with other miscellaneous administrative and light housekeeping tasks. No previous experience required!
