Descripción
Do you have Help Desk or computer application training experience?
We're the team for you. The Technology team is in need of a new member to support our current technical support needs.
You must live within reasonable driving distance to Hillsboro, Oregon
You will partner with our existing technology lead to:
- Support our Village Website
- Learn the Online System Used to Track Members, Volunteers, All Others
- Provide support and training to other villagers, as needed
- Update training materials, as needed
- Attend vendor release webinars and report on any changes
- Report database and website issues to the Technology Team Lead
You must be over age 18 and a background check is required.
The time commitment for this position is three to four hours per week, and the work may be done from home. Training in the specific tools will be provided.
