Descripción

Purpose:
Provide essential operational support to keep the initiative organized, running smoothly, and aligned across all team activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support scheduling, coordination, and follow-up tasks.
- Maintain shared folders and documentation.
- Assist with meeting minutes and action tracking.
- Support recruitment postings, file organization, and logistics.
Skills & Strengths:
- Organized, detail-oriented, dependable communicator.
Qualifications:
- Experience with Google Workspace or administrative tasks is helpful.
Time Commitment: 10 - 15 hours weekly
Reports To: Founding Director (Kai)
