Compass Rose International is a nonprofit dedicated to building resilience, purpose, and INpowerment in youth worldwide. Our Teen Mental Health Channel on Instagram and TikTok creates short, engaging content that helps teens develop focus, confidence, and emotional wellbeing.

Role Overview

We are seeking creative and motivated volunteers to help us produce content for our Teen Mental Health Channel. As a Social Media Content Creator, you will design, film, or edit short-form videos and posts that inspire, educate, and uplift teens.

Responsibilities

• Create short-form content (Instagram Reels, TikTok videos, posts) focused on teen mental health and INpowerment.
• Contribute ideas for campaigns, challenges, and trending formats.
• Edit and refine content for clarity, storytelling, and engagement.
• Collaborate with the Compass Rose team to align with brand voice and mission.
• Stay updated on TikTok/Instagram trends to maximize reach and impact.

Skills & Experience Desired

• Strong interest in teen mental health, wellness, or empowerment.
• Experience with social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram).
• Basic skills in video creation, editing, or storytelling.
• Creativity, reliability, and ability to meet flexible deadlines.
• (Preferred but not required) Experience with graphic design tools (Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere, etc.).
