Patient visitor: Are you a good listener with a few hours to spare? we are looking for compassionate patient visitor volunteers to join at Elite Hospice. As a visitor volunteer, you aren't providing medical-care--You're providing something just as important Human connection. Whether it's chatting about the news, simply being a calm presence, your time makes a world of difference.

Caregiver respite: Sit with the patient 2 to 4 hours to provide respite for the Caregiver. Volunteers do not provide personal care to patients but are a watchful eye over the patient while their Caregiver goes grocery shopping, has a Dr. appointment, etc.

Administrative volunteer: Help with various administrative duties at our Elite Hospice office. e.g. Tuck-in phone calls, make patient and veteran packets, help with Bereavement mailers.

Music Activities: Play soothing instruments to patients and families in care facilities.

Cosmetologist: Provide simple haircuts and nail care to hospice patients.

Pet Therapist: Share the love of your licensed therapy pet with hospice patients and family members.

Pet Peace of Mind: Help keep the patients beloved pet at their home by providing pet care at their home. E.g. Walking dogs, brushing, feeding, clean pet area.

Vet-to-Vet visits: Visit Veteran patients, Pinning of Veteran patients. Help with We Honor Veteran outreaches. For Veterans or Veteran experienced volunteers.

Crafter: Sew, crochet, or knit a variety of needed crafts like adult bibs, lap blankets, shawls, slippers, etc. for patients and Veteran patients.
