AP Data & Dashboard Developer

The American Red Cross – WNY Region is seeking a skilled volunteer with strong Excel and data analysis skills to build an Accounts Payable tracking and dashboard solution.

You’ll work with data from SAP Concur and Coupa, consolidate reports into an Excel-based data model, and create an operational dashboard (Excel or Power BI) to track invoice status, aging, and at‑risk payments. The project includes dashboard development, data transformation, and documentation for ongoing use.

Skills Needed: Advanced Excel, data analysis / BI experience. Finance or AP experience and Power BI are a plus.

Time Commitment: ~5 hrs/week for 2–3 months (flexible).

Location: Remote or in-office.
