We are passionately dedicated to ensuring that everyone, regardless of financial circumstances, has access to high-quality music education, performance opportunities, and fine art. We’re looking for a Director of Sales to join our growing team!
What you’ll do:
- Formulate and develop comprehensive sales strategies aligned with the overall business goals
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential threats
- Gather and analyze data on competitors to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for differentiation
- Develop and refine sales forecasting models to predict future sales performance
- Establish realistic and achievable sales goals in alignment with organizational objectives
- Analyze and optimize the end-to-end sales processes for efficiency and effectiveness
- Provide the sales team with the tools, resources, and information needed to perform effectively
- Identify, monitor, and analyze key performance indicators to measure the success of sales strategies
What we’re looking for:
- Experience as a Director of Sales, Sales Manager, or similar leadership role in sales
- Experience with donor management systems (e.g., Salesforce, Raiser's Edge) and fundraising software/tools
- Knowledge of ethical fundraising practices, donor stewardship principles, and nonprofit governance
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Certified Fund Raising Executive (CFRE) Certification preferred
