    • Supporting Volunteers: Regularly check in with program volunteers to provide encouragement and offer assistance where needed.
    • Financial Expertise: If you have experience in budgeting, financial planning, or personal finance, we'd love to leverage your knowledge to help our participants achieve financial stability and independence.
    • Emotional Intelligence: Utilize your high emotional intelligence and empathy to connect with program members, understanding their unique needs and challenges.

    Your Key Responsibilities:

As a Branch Leader, you will contribute meaningful insights that help shape our programs and initiatives. Your primary responsibilities will include:

    • Collaborating with team members to outline project objectives and develop strategic plans for program implementation.
    • Identifying best practices and innovative approaches from successful organizations to inform our program development.
    • Participating in team meetings to discuss research progress and align strategies with organizational goals.

    Role Requirements:

    • Background in leadership, finance, and/or mentorship.
    • Availability during EST office hours for virtual meetings and collaboration.
    • A high level of confidentiality and respect for sensitive information.

    What We Offer:

    • Supportive Community: Join a compassionate and committed team that is dedicated to uplifting others.
    • Make a Difference: Be part of a transformative non-profit organization that is actively changing lives within our community.

Why You're Perfect for This Role:
