Working in close collaboration with the Board Member for Donor Engagement and the Global LP4Y Partnerships and Communication teams, this individual will play a key role in identifying key donors, strengthening corporate partnerships, and ensuring meaningful connections between donors and their impact on the field. This role also offers flexibility to contribute to other strategic initiatives or organizational priorities, depending on LP4Y’s evolving needs and the volunteer’s interests.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Act as the primary support of the LP4Y USA Board Member leading donor management initiatives.

    • Assist in crafting and refining a compelling donor narrative that highlights LP4Y’s mission, field impact, and youth success stories.
    • Manage regular follow-ups with donors, providing them with impact updates, success stories, and ongoing opportunities to support LP4Y.
    • Work closely with LP4Y’s Global Partnerships and Communication teams to align donor messaging, strategies, and reporting across all regions.
    • Support and occasionally lead donor-related events, meetings, and strategic follow-ups as part of the LP4Y fundraising calendar.
