Volunteer Photographers Needed for Holiday Celebrations at Affordable Housing Communities

Help us capture moments that will inspire supporters, celebrate residents, and showcase the power of community. Wesley Housing is seeking volunteer photographers to help photograph resident holiday celebrations taking place across Northern Virginia and Washington, DC this December.

Our holiday events will be held on weekday evenings between December 2 and December 18 at communities located in Alexandria, Arlington, Falls Church, Centreville, Herndon, Manassas, Winchester, and Washington, DC.

What We're Looking For

We're hoping to capture authentic, uplifting moments that showcase:

• Residents connecting with neighbors and friends
• Families and children participating in activities
• Holiday decorations, entertainment, and festive traditions
• Volunteers, partners, and staff supporting events
• Candid moments of laughter, conversation, and celebration
• The sense of community and belonging that these gatherings create

Whether you're an experienced photographer or a skilled hobbyist, we'd love your help. Volunteers are welcome to photograph one event or multiple events based on their availability.
