🧠 About our tool
MaMuCo is an innovative digital tool that measures the gender gap through a smart test and provides tailored recommendations to women and organizations. It is part of the UIIL ecosystem (Impact & Innovation Unit Latam, formerly PeaceHub), which supports companies committed to social, environmental, and gender impact.
We are seeking a tech-savvy, purpose-driven individual passionate about gender equity and digital innovation. This is your opportunity to use your skills in databases and chatbot development to build meaningful solutions that improve the lives of women in Latin America and France.
🧩 Volunteer Role: Data & Chatbot Development Specialist
Your Main Responsibilities
✅ Optimize MaMuCo’s response database using SQL.
✅ Connect test results to an automated system (chatbot or digital assistant).
✅ Help structure the conversational flow and interpretation logic of the test.
✅ Support the integration of the chatbot into our platform or channels like WhatsApp/Telegram.
✅ (Optional) Create basic dashboards or reports based on test outcomes.
You’ll collaborate closely with LaTeacher, our educational partner co-developing the chatbot.
💻 Requirements
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of SQL and database management (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or similar).
- Experience or interest in chatbot development (tools like Dialogflow, Rasa, Botpress, ManyChat, etc.).
- Ability to work independently with strategic thinking and a collaborative mindset.
- Interest in or sensitivity to gender equity, social justice, or social innovation.
- Minimum commitment: 6 months.
