The Clinical Program Supervisor oversees the planning, development, and delivery of Mentify Inc.’s mental health and substance use support services. This role ensures all services provided are aligned with the organization’s mission to support children, adolescents, and families with access to safe, nurturing, and engaging mental health resources.
Responsibilities:
- Provide supervision and guidance to staff, interns, and volunteers delivering program services.
- Ensure that services delivered under Mentify Inc. are in compliance with state regulations and professional ethical standards.
- Develop and implement program policies, procedures, and quality assurance measures.
- Offer direct counseling and support services within the scope of an LCDC license.
- Collaborate with community partners, families, and stakeholders to expand Mentify Inc.’s reach and impact.
- Participate in grant writing, reporting, and program evaluation as needed.
- Mentor staff and students pursuing professional licensure and training in mental health fields.
- Prepare for an expanded supervisory role upon successful completion of Marriage and Family Therapy licensure.
Qualifications:
- Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor (LCDC), in good standing.
- Currently completing coursework and requirements toward Marriage and Family Therapy Licensure (LMFT).
- Strong knowledge of counseling ethics, clinical supervision, and program development.
- Passion for serving children, adolescents, and families.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Growth Path:
Upon attainment of Marriage and Family Therapy Licensure, the Clinical Program Supervisor will expand responsibilities to include family therapy programs, clinical training, and advanced supervision in broader mental health service areas.
