Descripción
The People Who Love People program at Bexar Hospice is currently looking for some wonderful individuals interested in providing patient comapnionship. Patient companionships visits would have volunteers visiting with patients for about an hour or so. We would like to be able to provide patients with weekly visits but we are open to working with schedules to find the perfect fit for patients and volunteers.
Each of our volunteers must meet the same requirements and standards as our hospice staff performing similar activities. Volunteers must also provide the following information:
- Resume
- Current Driver's License
- Proof of Auto Insurance
- COVID vaccination card (if applicable)
- I-9 Verification such aspassport/passport card, social security card, and/or birth certificate
