Help visitors make the most of their time at Pinnacles National Park!
With limited Park staffing, volunteers play an important role in helping visitors get oriented and enjoy their visit. The Pinnacles National Park Foundation is seeking volunteers to support visitor services at the Bear Gulch Nature Center.
As a Visitor Services Volunteer, you’ll welcome visitors, share information about the Park, answer questions, direct visitors on foot and in cars, and hand out Junior Ranger books and badges. You don’t need to be a park expert—just bring your curiosity and willingness to learn. Training will be provided by park staff and experienced volunteers.
Weekend availability is especially helpful. Volunteers should be able to travel to and arrive at Pinnacles’ East Entrance (off of highway 25, south of Hollister) before 9 a.m. Ideally, volunteers at the Nature Center would be available from approximately 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., but half day availability is helpful as well.

Please note that volunteers need to have their own vehicles to get the the Park; volunteers are needed on the EAST SIDE of Pinnacles National Park (off of highway 25, south of Hollister, CA).
