Impact Analyst (Shared Role with Data Team)

Reports To: Director of Funding and Partnerships and Director of Data

accessible mindset resources that empower individuals to

navigate life’s challenges and live more resilient, fulfilling lives.

Overview:

Collects and analyzes program data to help demonstrate impact and strengthen grant applications, donor communications, and sponsor reports.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect and clean outcome data
• Create visual dashboards and metrics summaries
• Provide grant-specific impact reports
• Support storytelling with numbers

Preferred Skills:

• Data analysis and visualization (Excel, Tableau, etc.)
• Strong understanding of program evaluation
• Detail-oriented and analytical
