We’re building a suite of ventures anchored by purpose, impact, and growth. We have many projects, ranging from mental health to workforce wellness and AI for SMBs. All are in very early stages, and we are looking for help to build and give you an executive seat with equity and profit share as we build.

The Opportunity:
We’re looking for recent college graduates who have an entrepreneurial heart. Not people who just take directions, but who want to co-create, experiment, own parts of a business, learn fast, and grow with us. This isn’t a typical entry-level job with hourly pay and fixed tasks. You’ll join as a partner-in-growth, work across multiple projects in product, go-to-market, MVPs, and operations, and receive equity or profit-share upside in place of a salary, until the startups begin generating revenue.
You’ll Get:
- Clear role and expectations: own one or two business streams, make a measurable impact, and report regular updates.
- Support: mentorship from experienced founders, weekly check-ins, access to networks, and learning budgets.
- Culture: a small, lean team that values trust, transparency, hustle, friendship, a balanced work environment, and a growth mindset. Mistakes are okay. Speed and learning matter most.
- Growth path: as we build revenue, you’ll move into a paid role with larger equity and leadership opportunities. Those first in line who invest the most energy will have the highest chance at higher executive positions in growing businesses.
We’re Looking For:
- Recent college graduate (within about two to four years) who is motivated, adaptive, and entrepreneurial.
- Strong work ethic: you show up, own your deliverables, and adapt quickly.
- Comfortable with uncertainty: early-stage work means ambiguity, shifting priorities, and steep learning curves.
- Strong communicator and collaborator, willing to dive into operations, strategy, and execution.
- Growth mindset: You want to build yourself as much as the business.
- Bonus: a mindset of creating a future bigger than the one you were handed (all backgrounds welcome).

- A salaried position from day one. This is a “skin in the game” opportunity where you will learn an incredible amount to add value to your career.
- A narrow or rigid role. You’ll stretch across functions.
- A passive observer position. You’ll be accountable and empowered.
How We Operate:
- Weekly team sync and one-on-one check-ins.
- Quarterly business metrics review, where you help shape strategy.
- Equity and share structure are defined upfront with clear vesting and an exit path.
