About the Organization
Universal Removal Defense Project (URDP) is a developing nonprofit human rights organization working to expand access to immigration legal services for individuals in removal (deportation) proceedings.
URDP is building a language-accessible, culturally responsive legal support model designed to serve individuals across the United States, particularly those facing barriers to representation due to language, geography, or financial limitations.
The organization is currently in a capacity-building phase, focused on strengthening its operational, outreach, and governance infrastructure to support sustainable, long-term impact
Volunteer Opportunity Overview
