Volunteer Ushers for Primary Trust

Thank you for your interest in helping with front of house for Primary Trust at the Lucie Stern Theatre in Palo Alto. Please read all the information below before signing up:

>>> Every single volunteer must sign up for their own individual slot. Please do not use the comment field to add additional volunteers to your sign up. If you are signing up for yourself and someone else, do your signup first, then come back and do your friend's signup for them.

>>> Each volunteer will be assigned one of the following jobs by the House Manager on duty: Ticket scanner, concessions seller, audio device distributer, or auditorium floater.

>>> We ask that each volunteer work during intermission and stay 15 minutes after the end of the show to help clean up the auditorium.

>>> The pre-show schedule is as follows:

• 75 minutes before showtime: Volunteers are given orientation.
• 60 minutes before showtime: Volunteers must be at posts, and house opens.

>>> Primary Trust has an estimated run time of one hour and twenty minutes with no intermission.

>>> Mandatory volunteer dress code is all black.
