Do you want to make a real difference in the lives of children impacted by trauma?
Transformation Nation, Inc., is seeking committed professional volunteers to join our groundbreaking Healing Suites Program in Baltimore City.
Our Healing Suites are a one-of-a-kind, trauma-informed program made up of 13 creative spaces designed to cultivate hope and healing through music, arts, gardening, wellness, gaming, meditation, and more. Each day, we serve children ages 6–13, offering them a safe place to heal, grow, and thrive.
We need energetic, passionate, and dependable volunteers with skills in:
- Office & Program Management
- Administrative Support
- Event/Activity Coordination
- Creative or Healing Arts (bonus!)
Volunteer Commitment:
📅 Shifts available Monday–Friday (some weekends optional)
🙋 Ages 18+ (background check required)
⏰ Flexible hours that fit your schedule

¿Cómo llegar?
We are located in the Parren J. Mitchell building right next door to MECU bank with plenty of free parking and in well lit security monitored building. WE have on-site security guards who sit at the front desk every day, evening, and on holiday's.

Hello from Transformation Nation Inc. we are a trauma program for children who have faced adverse life styles and who need tender love and passionate individuals who assist in providing a safe space for their healing. All staff must submit a current background check from our preferred agency and a drug screening.
