Advocacy and Writing Campaign Team-Grace Helping Hands

Grace Helping Hands is a nonprofit dedicated to restoring dignity to homeless women and children by providing hygiene kits and feminine care products. We are looking for attentive and motivated individual to share our mission and grow our reach.

What we are looking for:

• Passionate individuals who enjoy persuasive writing and raising awareness on key issues.
• Prior advocacy or campaign experience is helpful but not required.

What you will do:

• Draft advocacy letters, create campaign content, and support petition efforts.
• Help coordinate outreach to stakeholders and policymakers.

Time Commitment: 3–4 hours per week, flexible schedule, remote-friendly. We ask volunteers to commit to 1 Year of service for adults and 6 months for students and/or those under 18 years old, who can dedicate 3-4 hours per week to this role. We ask volunteers to make it to monthly meetings.

Impact: Your creativity and skills will help Grace Helping Hands connect with the community, raise awareness, and reach more women and children in Montgomery County, Howard County, Prince George’s County, Baltimore City, and Washington, DC.

About Grace Helping Hands

Grace Helping Hands (GHH) is a grassroots nonprofit founded in 2024 to bring comfort and dignity to homeless women and children. We provide hygiene kits and feminine care products through partnerships with shelters, pantries, and crisis centers in Montgomery County, Howard County, Prince George’s County, Baltimore City, and Washington, DC. Since launching, we’ve distributed hundreds of kits — offering hope, health, and dignity to people in crisis.
