Time commitment: 3-5 hours per week
The Video Editor is tasked with editing video content as requested and in a way that aligns with the charity organization's goals and objectives.
Responsibilities
- Edit videos, as assigned.
- Ensure that the video meets the organization's branding and messaging guidelines.
- Communicate with the organization's team to ensure that the final video meets their expectations.
- Deliver the final video in the requested format and within the agreed-upon timeline.
- Maintain a clear and organized archive of all video assets, including raw footage and final edits.
Job Requirements - Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
- Experience in video editing and production
- Proficiency in video editing software such as the Adobe Creative Cloud products
- Ability to produce high-quality video content
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work in a positive and encouraging manner
- Ability to work effectively in a remote, diverse, international team environment
- Team communication using Slack
