Community Storytelling & Event Support Volunteers – Blueprint Café & Coffee + Storytelling

Help Heaven and Earth Love Partnership (H.E.L.P.) is seeking passionate, heart-centered volunteers to support our upcoming Blueprint Café & Coffee + Storytelling community events.

These events are designed to create safe, welcoming spaces where stories are shared, healing begins, and communities are empowered through connection, conversation, and lived experience.

Volunteers will play an essential role in helping these events run smoothly and meaningfully — from setup to engagement to wrap-up. This is a hands-on opportunity to be part of something purpose-driven, people-focused, and impact-oriented.

Volunteer Responsibilities May Include:

• Assisting with event setup and breakdown (tables, chairs, signage)
• Supporting registration and guest check-in
• Helping guide participants and answer general questions
• Assisting with refreshments and hospitality
• Supporting storytelling segments and interactive activities
• Being a calm, welcoming, and supportive presence throughout the event
• Attending brief rehearsals or walk-throughs prior to event day (when applicable)

Qualifications:

There are no formal qualifications required.

We are simply looking for volunteers who:

• Have a passion for helping and uplifting their community
• Believe in the power of storytelling, healing, and human connection
• Are reliable and able to show up as scheduled
• Are open-minded, compassionate, and respectful of diverse lived experiences
• Can attend rehearsals or prep sessions as needed
