Friends of Rescue Animals (FRAs) is building a community-based Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR) program to humanely manage community cat populations. Caretakers, homeowners, and business owners all play a role in caring for cats in their neighborhoods, and FRAs provides the tools and support to make TNR possible.
We loan traps, provide spay/neuter vouchers, offer TNR classes, and help with mentoring, staging, and transportation. For those unable to trap themselves—or in situations with large colonies—we step in directly to assist.

This is a rewarding role for someone who is organized, enjoys working with people, and wants to make a measurable impact on reducing cat overpopulation. FRAs will provide training and ongoing support.
