About A&N Career Services Project
A&N Career Services Project is a career services and workforce readiness initiative supporting individuals as they navigate career transitions, build readiness, and connect with opportunity. Our work is grounded in practical programming, clear frameworks, and partnerships that make access to opportunity possible at scale.
As a growing initiative, we are actively preparing to expand programming, welcome participants, and engage partners who can support referrals, funding, pilots, and long-term collaboration. Strong partnership readiness is essential to this next phase.
Role Overview
We are seeking a Partnership Development Coordinator (Volunteer) to help prepare A&N Career Services Project for current and future partnerships that support participant enrollment, program delivery, and funding sustainability.
This role focuses on partnership readiness and development, not negotiation or sales. You will help identify priority partner categories, clarify partnership models, and support internal alignment so the organization is prepared to engage partners effectively as opportunities arise.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys strategic thinking, relationship mapping, and helping organizations get “partnership ready” during early growth stages.
Volunteer Engagement Format
This is a virtual-first volunteer role. All core responsibilities can be completed remotely through shared tools, documentation, and virtual collaboration.
An orientation will be held at the start of the cohort to provide context on A&N Career Services Project, current priorities, and collaboration norms. Optional in-person activities may be available for Atlanta- or Chicago-based volunteers when aligned with Project needs, but location is not required.
Volunteers participate as part of a 12-week cohort, with defined scope, collaboration touchpoints, and clear deliverables.
What You Will Do
This role focuses on internal partnership readiness and planning; external outreach and relationship management remain with Project leadership.
You Will Be a Strong Fit If You
What You Will Gain
If you enjoy building the foundation that makes partnerships successful before they formally begin, this role will feel energizing.
Candidates should submit their responses to the screening questions and attach their resume in PDF format.
