Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and organized Fundraiser / Development Volunteer Associate to support our fundraising and donor engagement efforts. This role is ideal for someone interested in nonprofit development, community engagement, or gaining hands-on fundraising experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with planning and executing fundraising campaigns and events
• Support donor outreach, acknowledgments, and follow-up communications
• Help research potential donors, sponsors, and grant opportunities
• Maintain and update donor or contact records
• Collaborate with staff and volunteers on creative fundraising ideas
• Provide general administrative support to the development team as needed

Qualifications

• Interest in nonprofit work, fundraising, or community development
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks
• Comfortable using basic technology (email, spreadsheets, databases)
• Prior fundraising or nonprofit experience is a plus, but not required
