Sparkle & Shine Women's Day - Help Students Make Jewelry & Bookmarks!

Counseling in Schools, Inc., a non-profit organization that serves over 7,000 students across 60 public schools in New York City. We provide essential social-emotional support, mental health counseling, youth development, mentorship, and afterschool programs to students. We also host school events for students, families, and community members.

This month, we will be hosting the Sparkle and Shine Women's Day Event in celebration of Women's History Month. The event will be taking place at a high school in Brooklyn.

Volunteers are needed to assist in helping students and guests with art activities such as making bookmarks, jewelry, and coloring. We will also need support with food and beverage distribution setting up decorations, and cleaning up when the event ends.
