CareerVillage.org is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit on a mission to make career guidance accessible to everyone. We’re inviting volunteers to test our AI Career Coach, complete a short nursing-specific activity, and provide feedback that helps us make the tool smarter and more supportive for others.

Your experience matters. Your input will directly shape a resource being used by students, career changers, and job seekers across the country.

Step 1: Create your account

This link will take you directly to the correct signup page with the invite code already applied.

Whether you sign up with your Google or another account, using the link above will ensure the correct invite code is applied.

If that doesn’t work, you can:

1. Go to the Cohort Learner signup page [link]
2. Select the ‘Sign up with Email’ option
3. Enter the invite code: coach-for-nurses---user-feedback-oc20

Step 2: Complete the entire onboarding flow

Our onboarding flow is brand new and we want your feedback! It takes 2-3 minutes to complete. As you go through onboarding, take note of what you like and what you think could be better.

Step 3: Try one nursing activity

1. Go to your Assignments tab and select one of the four assignments:

Choose one of the four activities found in the Assignments page.

1. On the specific Assignment page, click on the activity tile under ‘Activities in this assignment’
2. Engage meaningfully with it, as though you were a nursing student preparing for your career. Answer questions fully so you get the full experience. Continue until the ‘Mark as Done’ button appears, and be sure to click it. (This step is required to complete the activity.)

Once you’ve engaged with an activity for a certain period of time, a ‘Mark as Done’ button will appear.

As you complete the activity, pay attention to:

• Whether Coach is providing accurate and relevant info
• Whether Coach’s guidance is actionable or insightful
• Where the experience feels more or less engaging

Step 4: Fill out the feedback form

Once you complete a nursing activity, the final step is to provide your feedback!
