Sheltering Hearts is expanding its mission to provide emergency shelter, long‑term housing, and life‑restoring support to families in crisis. To meet the growing need, we are seeking a dedicated volunteer to help us secure donated property, vehicles, and homes that can directly transform lives.

About the Role

As our Community Asset Acquisition Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and cultivating relationships with individuals, families, real estate owners, dealerships, and community partners who may be willing to donate:

• Residential properties
• Vacant or unused land
• Cars, vans, or trucks
• Rental units or transitional housing spaces

Your outreach will directly expand our capacity to shelter survivors, transport families safely, and build long‑term stability for those we serve.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct outreach to property owners, real estate professionals, and local businesses
• Build a pipeline of potential donors and maintain warm, mission‑centered communication
• Present the vision and impact of Sheltering Hearts with clarity and compassion
• Coordinate with our leadership team to evaluate and process incoming opportunities
• Help shape a sustainable network of community partners who believe in restoring dignity and hope
