Blood Donor Ambassador - serve to make an impact to save lives!

Do you like to help people and save lives? If so, the Donor Ambassador role is for you!

Donor Ambassadors help to provide excellent and professional customer service in a medical setting and enhance the donor experience as well as:

1. Manage the reception process by ensuring each donor is warmly greeted and assisted with initial intake according to the appointment priority system.
2. Manage the hospitality experience by offering refreshments to donors, thanking them for their contribution, and notifying the staff immediately if a donor shows signs of feeling unwell.

Minimum requirements:

1. One 4-6 hour shift per month for six months
2. Professional, clear and diplomatic communication skills
3. Comfortable approaching and greeting people you do not know excellent and professional customer service in a medical setting and enhance the donor experience.
