Marketing and Outreach

The Community Outreach volunteer will support outreach at events targeting the uninsured, under insured populations as identified by the Director, Marketing and Outreach for Westchester Community Health Center (WCHC).This role will also be responsible for tracking and documenting activity to ensure appropriate follow up, with the patient as defined below:

• ·Assisting in the attending of community events and fundraising initiatives.
• ·Provides basic health information and education materials to patients.
• ·Scheduling outreach community and coordinate with WCHC Outreach team.
• ·Coordinate patient follow-up with Patient Services and other departments as appropriate.
