Providence Home Health & Hospice is seeking compassionate Social Work student volunteers to spend time with hospice patients and families who need emotional support and companionship.

Hospice volunteering allows you to witness the human side of care. Volunteers sit with patients, listen to life stories, offer conversation, read, play music, or simply provide a calming presence during an important stage of life. This experience helps build empathy, communication skills, and understanding of family dynamics during end-of-life care.
