Volunteer at the 2026 Damar Gala

Don’t miss the opportunity to volunteer at Damar’s event of the year on Saturday, February 28, 2026 at the JW Marriott Indianapolis. Our annual gala is an unforgettable night supporting life-changing services for children and adults with developmental, intellectual, and behavioral disabilities. We are looking for welcoming and friendly volunteers to help make this Gala possible! Volunteers will help with decorating, guest check in, live auction spotting, silent auction checkout, etc.

All volunteers need to be at least 18 years old and will receive complimentary parking in addition to a meal. Please note that volunteers from our 3:30 pm to 8:30 pm shift are welcome to attend the John Mulaney comedy show beginning at 9 pm. Those who choose to stay are expected to remain in their volunteer shirt during the show, be professional and respectful towards event attendees, and assist them if needed. Volunteers are not permitted to consume drugs or alcohol during their shift or during the event. All volunteers are required to sign up on Damar Services' VolunteerHub page. • Saturday February 28, 2026 - 10:00 am to 12:00 pm
  • Volunteers will help decorate, set up the silent auction tables, move boxes, and help with miscellaneous setup tasks.
• Saturday February 28, 2026 - 3:30 pm to 8:30 pm
  • Volunteers will help with registration, greeting, silent auction, hospitality, and miscellaneous event support.
