Volunteer Responsibilities

Volunteers play an important role in creating a welcoming and inclusive community event for children and families.

Responsibilities may include:

• ✈️ Activity Support: Help children fold and decorate paper airplanes and participate in flying activities.
• 🎨 Art Station Assistance: Set up and support the free drawing and creative art area.
• 👋 Welcoming Families: Greet participants, help with check-in, and guide families to activity stations.
• 🧸 Child-Friendly Support: Encourage participation and provide gentle assistance to children, including those with special needs.
• 🪑 Event Setup & Cleanup: Help arrange tables, distribute materials, and assist with cleanup after the event.
• 📸 General Support: Assist the event team with small tasks to ensure the event runs smoothly.

No prior experience is required—just a positive attitude and willingness to help create a supportive environment for children and families.
