Volunteer Coordinator

Lyfe Journey Unfolding (LJU) is a Texas-based nonprofit empowering individuals experiencing homelessness through outreach, transitional housing initiatives, and wrap-around support services. We are seeking a Volunteer Coordinator to help recruit, organize, and support volunteers for our community programs and events.

Responsibilities:

• Recruit, onboard, and schedule volunteers
• Coordinate volunteer roles for events and outreach activities
• Serve as the main point of contact for volunteers
• Track volunteer participation and hours
• Support volunteer communication and appreciation efforts

• Passion for community service and social impact
• Strong organization and communication skills
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and people-focused
• Volunteer coordination or event experience a plus
