Meals on Wheels NW- Pacific City

We are looking for community members to make a difference in the lives of seniors in the Pacific City area.

YOU JUST MIGHT BE THE ONLY SMILE A SENIOR SEES THAT DAY...

Our meal site offers volunteer opportunities on Wednesdays and Thursdays from 10:00 am - 2:00 pm (times are flexible and vary depending on volunteer job).

As a volunteer you can:

PACKAGE

Help in the kitchen by packaging meals for delivery.

DELIVER

Pick up meals at our location and hand-deliver them directly to seniors' homes. One volunteer drives the route accompanied by another volunteer who delivers "walks" the meal to the senior's door step.

SERVE (Congregate meals are currently unavailable due to COVID)

Serve food, assist, wash dishes and clean up after meals served at our meal site for seniors who can still leave their homes .
