Vice President (Only Females) – International Youth Alliance (IYA)

We are seeking a highly driven and visionary Vice President to support the Founder & President in scaling IYA’s global impact. This is a senior leadership role focused on strategy, operations, and international growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with the President on organizational strategy and expansion
• Oversee internal teams (programs, outreach, partnerships)
• Drive global partnerships and collaborations
• Ensure smooth execution of key initiatives (events, campaigns, laureate program)
• Represent IYA in external meetings and high-level discussions
• Support decision-making and leadership development within the team

• Experience in youth organizations, NGOs, or leadership roles
• Ability to manage teams and execute ideas effectively
• Strategic thinker with a global mindset
