About the Role

As HR Co-Lead for Volt Kosova, you’ll share leadership of the Human Resources team, supporting our members and teams in building an inclusive, transparent, and motivating environment for volunteers. You will work closely with the Country Lead, the European HR team, and other functional teams to ensure a healthy and effective organisation.

Key Responsibilities

– Co-lead the HR team and contribute to strategic planning and team development.

– Oversee recruitment and onboarding of new volunteers.

– Support local team leads with role descriptions, internal coordination, and conflict mediation when needed.

– Maintain transparent and inclusive internal processes that reflect Volt’s values.

– Collaborate with Volt Europa’s HR network to align local practices with the wider organisation.

What We’re Looking For

– Interest in people operations, HR, or organisational development.

– Empathy, communication skills, and a collaborative mindset.

– Experience in HR, leadership, or volunteer coordination (formal or informal) is an advantage but not required.

– Ability to work independently in a multicultural, remote team.

– Passion for Volt’s mission and values.

– Fluent in Albanian and English, an other European language is bonus points!
