    We are seeking a UX Project Manager to coordinate, manage, and deliver user experience initiatives across our platforms and products.

    Because design isn’t just about ideas.

    It’s about what actually gets delivered.

    The Role

    This role is responsible for driving the execution of UX initiatives across the organization.

    You will manage timelines, coordinate designers and developers, and ensure user experience work is delivered efficiently and effectively.

    You are not just tracking tasks.

    You are ensuring the user experience is built, aligned, and delivered.

    This role operates at the intersection of design, product, and engineering, ensuring seamless collaboration and execution.

    What You’ll Own

    UX Project Planning & Delivery

      • Plan and manage UX projects from concept to delivery
      • Define:
      • Timelines
      • Milestones
      • Deliverables
      • Ensure projects stay on track and meet deadlines

    Design & Development Coordination

      • Coordinate across:
      • UX/UI Designers
      • Product teams
      • Developers
      • Ensure alignment between design intent and technical execution

    Workflow & Process Management

      • Establish and manage UX workflows:
      • Design reviews
      • Feedback loops
      • Iteration cycles
      • Improve efficiency and clarity across teams

    User Experience Alignment

      • Ensure all UX work aligns with:
      • Product goals
      • User needs
      • Organizational strategy
      • Maintain consistency across experiences

    Task & Resource Coordination

      • Assign and track tasks across UX initiatives
      • Balance workloads and priorities
      • Support team members in meeting deliverables

    Stakeholder Communication

      • Communicate project status, risks, and updates
      • Facilitate meetings:
      • Kickoffs
      • Reviews
      • Retrospectives
      • Ensure stakeholders remain aligned

    Risk & Issue Management

      • Identify risks and potential delays
      • Remove blockers proactively
      • Escalate issues when needed

    UX Documentation & Knowledge Management

      • Maintain:
      • Project plans
      • UX documentation
      • Design decisions
      • Ensure information is organized and accessible

    Quality & Experience Delivery

      • Ensure UX deliverables meet quality standards
      • Support usability and consistency across products
      • Ensure final outputs reflect intended user experience

    Continuous Improvement

      • Identify opportunities to improve UX delivery processes
      • Recommend tools and workflow enhancements
      • Support scalability of design operations

    Who This Is For

    Qualifications

    Required

      • 3–5 years of experience in:
      • Project management
      • UX coordination
      • Product or design operations
      • Experience working with:
      • Designers and developers
      • Strong understanding of:
      • UX processes
      • Project management workflows

    Preferred

      • Experience in digital product or platform environments
      • Experience with Agile or similar methodologies
      • Experience in nonprofit or mission-driven organizations
      • Experience in remote teams

    Commitment

      • 10–15 hours per week
      • Flexible schedule (with coordination across teams)
      • Participation in UX and project meetings required
      • Fully remote
