We’re looking for a Salesforce Consultant to join our growing team!

What you’ll do:

• Assist in the configuration, customization, and maintenance of Salesforce CRM to meet the needs of our nonprofit organization
• Support data management efforts, including data import/export, data cleaning, and maintaining data integrity within Salesforce
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of Salesforce initiatives with organizational goals and priorities
• Stay informed about Salesforce updates, new features, and best practices to recommend improvements and enhancements to our Salesforce instance

What we’re looking for:

• Experience working with Salesforce CRM, either through coursework, internships, or entry-level positions
• Experience in providing user support, training, and troubleshooting for Salesforce users
• Ability to analyze data within Salesforce using reports, dashboards, and queries to provide insights and support decision-making
• Knowledge of data management best practices and experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets)
• Creative problem-solving skills to find innovative solutions to meet nonprofit-specific challenges
• Salesforce Administrator/Consultant certification preferred
