Crown of Faith Network (COFN) is a faith-based nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering women as they rebuild their lives through faith, encouragement, and community support.

Volunteer Opportunity

We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Volunteer Magazine Editor to help review and refine written content for our magazine.

Responsibilities

• Proofread articles for spelling, grammar, punctuation, and clarity.
• Edit written submissions to improve readability and consistency.
• Help maintain a professional and engaging editorial style.
• Collaborate with COFN leadership and contributors on revisions.
• Review final drafts before publication.
• Complete assigned editing tasks within agreed-upon deadlines.

Qualifications

• Strong writing, proofreading, and editing skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Familiarity with Google Docs or Microsoft Word.
• Ability to communicate feedback respectfully and professionally.
• Previous editorial, journalism, or publication experience is preferred but not required.
• Willingness to support COFN’s mission and values.

Additional Details

This is an unpaid volunteer opportunity with remote flexibility. Editing assignments will be coordinated with the COFN team based on publication needs.

Volunteers will have the opportunity to develop editorial experience, collaborate with a mission-driven organization, and help share meaningful stories that encourage and empower women.
