The Programming Coordinator supports the Director of Community Programming & Engagement in shaping and executing the creative heartbeat of the Queer Film Collective. This role is hands-on and collaborative, helping bring screenings, workshops, panels, and community events to life.
They will assist with event planning, coordination, and execution, helping manage logistics, timelines, and communication to ensure each program runs smoothly. This role also contributes to curation support, outreach to filmmakers and panelists, and on-the-ground event flow.
The Programming Coordinator is essential to turning ideas into reality. This is an ideal role for someone who is organized, proactive, and excited to build experience in programming while working closely with leadership.
This position is currently volunteer-based as we work toward building a sustainable, salaried organization.
