Post Admission Patient Phone Calls

Hope Health Care is seeking individuals to volunteer to contact home patients that have recently enrolled in hospice care with Hope Health Care. Interested parties will contact home patients upon admission to assess various degrees of feelings and needs post admission.

These phone call must be made in accordance with our timeframe and can be made at your location or at either one of our offices in Garland or Greenville.

We do provide training for this specific function.
