Community Connect Services Inc.

Community Connect Service, Inc. mission is to assist individuals and families by connecting, uniting, and organizing essential resources for those in need, helping them to thrive, grow, and enhance their social and economic well-being.

As a new organization Community Connect Services, Inc. will concentrate on the following organization-wide strategies to build a solid structural foundation to ensure that we create a sustainable nonprofit and successful programs. We have created partnership with Housing agencies and thus far have referred individuals and families to secure housing through this partnership.

Continue to build on key foundational elements of CCS. Develop and execute a marketing strategy to increase public awareness of Community Connect Services, Inc., and its programs.

Develop and execute a fundraising strategy to increase the CCS budget and to add more programs and resources for participants.

Standardize all organization and program processes and procedures.

Develop internal and external infrastructure in the areas of facilities, administration, communications, leadership, staff development, and culture to ensure the successful future growth of Community Connect Services, Inc.
