The Flourish Colllective

The Flourish Collective is a racial justice giving community that builds allies and invests in leaders of color doing justice work in their own communities.

We equip our community through three key ways:

• Learn We engage with history, voices, and resources dedicated to justice and allyship to further our journey in undoing racism.
• Give We leverage community donations to collectively give grants to organizations led by people of color that advance equity and justice.

Live Out Justice - We commit to daily, intentional action where we live, work, and play.

This looks different for everyone: some members volunteer in their communities to help get out the vote, others garden at our Impact Partner's Reentry House, some have hard conversations with colleagues who don't yet see the need for DEI work, while others call their local congressperson about justice issues. We use our voices, skills, and resources to create equity while amplifying the life and culture of people of color.

Together, we're creating more flourishing by ensuring those closest to injustice have the resources and support they need to lead change.

The Flourish Collective is a Giving Collective of Aspiring Allies committed to Learn, Give and Live Out Justice. We are building a racial reconciliation community passionate about undoing racism through education, giving to organizations doing the work of equity and justice (our Impact Partners) , and learning how to live justly in our day to day lives. Our team is made up of mostly volunteers who create and execute our learning experiences, gatherings and connections to our Impact Partners.
