Our mission is to build inclusive communities, inspire careers, and make the connections that help establish a successful and happy adult life for young adults with special needs. Our goal is to fill the gap between high school and self-sufficient adult life to help families and individuals transition from dependent to independent. We serve young adults with mild intellectual/developmental disabilities. Currently our members come from Hunterdon, Somerset, Warren, Middlesex, and Mercer counties (NJ).
