Berkeley Ballet is a nonprofit organization dedicated to enriching lives through exceptional dance education, artistic exploration, and community engagement. Serving the Bay Area, Berkeley Ballet provides inclusive, high-quality training for dancers of all ages, backgrounds, and abilities in a welcoming environment where every body can dance. Its programs include a Pre-Ballet Division for children ages 2.5–7, a Youth Division serving dancers ages 6–18 with a graduated curriculum in classical ballet, modern, contemporary, pas de deux, and repertory, and an Adult Open Division offering more than 35 weekly drop-in classes for dancers of all experience levels. Berkeley Ballet also provides free weekly Dance for PD® classes for people living with Parkinson's disease and their caregivers, expanding access to the physical, social, and emotional benefits of movement. Grounded in values of inclusivity, excellence, curiosity, and community, Berkeley Ballet empowers individuals to develop technical skill, artistic expression, and confidence while fostering empathy, creativity, and meaningful connections through dance.
