PennPAC

PennPAC brings together University of Pennsylvania alumni volunteers as pro bono consultants to assist nonprofit organizations in addressing strategic issues via short-term, well-defined projects with tangible deliverables.

PennPAC recruits volunteers from a deep talent pool of the tens of thousands of Penn alumni in NYC, Philadelphia and Silicon Valley. Volunteers are grouped into balanced and diverse project teams, based on the capabilities of the alums and the needs of the client.

PennPAC has had a significant impact on the nonprofit community, providing over 20,000 hours of service, mobilizing nearly 1,000 volunteers and engaging with more than 85 nonprofits. To date, we have provided roughly 4.5 million dollars of pro bono consulting services. 

Our projects improve the efficiency of nonprofits and increase the impact on the lives they support and enrich.

PennPAC’s impact also extends to our volunteers. Through the “Power of PennPAC,” our volunteers have been able to strengthen their leadership skills, pursue new career paths, get more involved with nonprofits and expand their networks.
