PennPAC mobilizes University of Pennsylvania alumni as pro bono consultants to help nonprofit organizations tackle strategic challenges through short-term, well-defined projects with tangible deliverables.

Drawing from a deep talent pool of Penn alumni in New York City, Philadelphia, and the Bay Area — and increasingly across the country through virtual programming — PennPAC assembles balanced, diverse project teams matched to the specific needs of each client.

Since our founding in 2011, we have engaged more than 1,100 volunteers to support 300+ nonprofits, delivering $13 million in pro bono consulting services. Our work helps nonprofits operate more efficiently and increase their impact on the communities they serve.

PennPAC's impact extends to our volunteers as well. Through what we call the "Power of PennPAC," alumni strengthen their leadership skills, explore new career paths, deepen their connection to the nonprofit sector, and expand their professional networks.
